Food & Fatigue: How They Can Be Related

Do you feel that your energy levels are depleted by the end of your day?  Do you get home and all you can think about is relaxing on the couch?  As healthcare professionals, days are spent running around, lifting, charting, and discharging patients. This sounds exhausting AND stressful!

I’m sure an extra energy boost would be welcome by everyone. Some people choose to get that boost from candy or pop. But the effects from those only last a short while.
